Harvinder Singh And Preethi Pal To Be Country’s Flag Bearers In Closing Ceremony Of Paris Paralympics Games

Gold medal-winning archer Harvinder Singh and sprinter Preethi Pal will be the country’s flag bearers during the closing ceremony of the Paris Paralympics Games on Sunday.

Harvinder had scripted history by becoming the first Indian archer to clinch a gold at the Paralympics. While, Preethi had made history by becoming the first-ever Indian woman to win two medals at the Paralympics. She clinched bronze medals in women’s T35 100m and 200m competitions.

Chef de Mission for India’s Paris 2024 Paralympic Contingent, Satya Prakash Sangwan made the announcement today.
