Gyanvapi case: Hindu side files case for ASI survey of entire Mosque premises

A group of six people from Hindu side filed a case on Tuesday in Varanasi court for the survey of the whole premises of Gyanvapi Mosque by ASI. The district court accepted the plea and asked the Muslim side to file their reply by 19th of May.

The next hearing in the case will be on 22nd of May. Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi mosque case said that they have filed an application that the whole premises of the alleged mosque should be surveyed using Ground Penetrating Radar. On Tuesday, District Court, Varanasi has directed Anjuman Intezamia, UP govt to file its objection in court by May 19.
