Gold prices today fell 185 rupees per 10 gram at Multi Commodity Exchange for April contracts in sync with fall in the international markets. Gold futures were around 44,675 rupees per ten gram. Silver futures also declined 1270 rupees to trade around 63,970 rupees per kilogram for May contracts.
In global markets, gold was trading down at 1,730 dollars and 70 cents per ounce at the New York Mercantile Exchange while silver fell to 24 dollars and 80 per ounce.
