“Disparity of the justice system, over 1 year after the brutal murder, parents await justice”

Shrinkhala

Chhattisgarh’s Bhilai witnessed one of it’s most shocking and shattering crimes one year ago on 15th June 2019.

A studious girl, barely 17yo, regularly working to ensure a promising career for her and her family in future, was brutally murdered in broad daylight.

It was 13th of June 2019, Risali Maitrikunj West resident Shrinkhala Yadav was going from scooter to Civic Center coaching at 3 pm. The accused, who was already chasing her blocked the road near CSGN, about one km from the house, and hit her head with Kudali (soil digging tool in the garden) .

After this, dragging the bloodied victim about 85 feet and leaving behind a house, he escaped. On the go, he also took her bag and mobile. The student succumbed her injuries after fighting death for two days.

She wanted to become a civil servant and had promised her father Avadhesh Yadav and elder brother Harsh that she would show up as one. For this, she used to study for 14 hours every day.

Police said that the day the accused was arrested on June 13, his age was 17 years 11 months 26 days. It was his birthday on 19 June and he would turn 18.

But what led to such a brutal attack on an innocent?

The guy was unilaterally in love with her and she had repeatedly denied him for any relations, and he became so exasperated that he murdered her. It turned out to be his former classmate, who had been in unrequited love for five years. He is the son of a BSP worker. The police had arrested the minor. A crime has been registered against him under section 307 (fatal attack).

But now this murderer is out free for his parents did everything to free him from the child home. They said HIS EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT. But now the examinations are also over he is not been taken back dur to political pressure.

WHEN WILL SHRINKHALA BE GIVEN JUSTICE? WHAT DID SHE DO? ONLY DENIED ANY ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS AND WAS FOCUSED ON HER STUDIES? IS THIS A CRIME? NO.

Even the government officials are not interested because there are no elections coming up.

And cherry on the top? Chhattisgarh is never covered by the mainstream media resulting in the state government doing whatever it wishes to and cheat on the innocent residents of the state. Be it for Shrinkhala or the rapidly increasing corona cases.

Because it’s simple, NO QUESTIONS, NO BINDING RESPONSIBILITIES.
