Covid-19 recovery rate improves to 99.08 percent in Bihar

In Bihar, three lakh 69 thousand 979 healthcare workers have been vaccinated so far in the first phase of vaccination. 8 thousand 507 frontline workers were vaccinated during the past 24 hours in the second phase which started yesterday. No side effect has been reported from any part of the state.

COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 99.08 per cent in Bihar which is 1.89 per cent more than national average. Two lakh 58 thousand 841 patients have so far recovered from the COVID-19 infection in the state. The number of active cases of COVID-19 is continuously declining. Currently, only 889 are receiving treatment at various hospitals.

No positive case was reported from 16 districts of the state. Over two crore 14 lakh Corona tests have been conducted in the state so far.
