In Bihar, the number of active cases of COVID-19 is continuously declining. Currently, 4 919 patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals.
In all, 624 patients recovered in the last 24 hours, while 579 new cases were reported. Two lakh 37 thousand 996 patients have so far recovered from the infection in the state.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 97.44 per cent. This is 2.23 per cent more than the national average.
Over one lakh 23 thousand corona tests were carried out during the past 24 hours. Over one crore 65 lakh corona tests have been conducted in the state so far.
