Cold wave conditions likely to continue during next 2 days in North West India

India Meteorological Department has said that cold wave conditions are likely to continue during the next two days in North West India. IMD said, dry northwesterly winds of about 10-15 km per hour are likely to prevail over plains of northwest India till Tuesday enhancing the adverse impact of cold wave and cold Day conditions. Along with it, dense fog in isolated pockets over Uttarakhand will be witnessed during next two days and over Punjab, and Haryana on December 23 and 24.
