Ahead of the festive season, Centre has approved a bonus for Group C and non-gazetted Group B rank officials with a maximum limit of seven thousand rupees.
In an office memorandum, Finance Ministry said, it has sanctioned a grant of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus equivalent to 30 days emoluments for the accounting year 2022-23 to the Central Government employees.
The payment of ad-hoc Bonuses under these orders will also be admissible to the eligible employees of Central Para Military Forces and Armed Forces. The order said, only those employees who were in service as of 31st March this year and have rendered at least six months of continuous service during the year 2022-23 will be eligible for the bonus. It said, the casual labourers who have worked in offices following a 6 days week for at least 240 days for each year for 3 years or more will be eligible for this Non-Productivity Linked Bonus.
