BJP slams Congress over D.K. Shivakumar’s remarks on Constitution

The BJP today continued its attack on the Congress over Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar’s reported remarks on changing the Constitution to provide reservations for a particular minority group.

Speaking to the media outside Parliament, senior BJP leader and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi demanded an apology from the Congress and Mr. Shivakumar over the remarks. He alleged that the Congress has repeatedly insulted the Constitution and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
