In Bihar, two lakh 62 thousand 784 people have been vaccinated in the state so far. 40 thousand 462 health workers were vaccinated for Covid-19 during the past 24 hours. No side effect has been reported from any part of the state.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 99.02 per cent in Bihar which is 1.94 percent more than national average. Two lakh 58 thousand 447 patients have so far recovered from the Covid-19 infection in state. The number of active cases of COVID-19 is continuously declining. Currently, one thousand 46 patients are receiving treatment at various hospitals.
In all, 138 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, while 92 new COVID-cases have been reported. No positive case was reported from 12 districts from the state.25 districts in the state have less than 10 active cases. Over two crore twelve lakh thousand corona tests have been conducted in the state so far.
