Amid the uproar in the Lok Sabha over the current political situation in Maharashtra, independent MP from Amravati Navneet Ravi Rana has accused Shiv Sena MP Arvind Sawant of threatening her of sending to jail. In a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Ms Rana said, Arvind Sawant threatened her for raising Sachin Waze case in the house.
The MP said, earlier also she had got threatening like acid attacks over phone and also in Shiv Sena Letter Pad. Ms Rana has demanded strict action against the Shiv Sena MP saying it is not only insult of her but also the insult of all women in the country.
