Amit Shah announces that 33 pc of govt jobs in Tripura would be reserved for women

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the occasion of International Women’s Day has announced that 33 percent of government jobs in Tripura would be reserved for women.

The Home Minister said this while addressing a public rally on Tuesday in Agartala on the completion of four years of the BJP government in Tripura. Mr. Shah said the BJP freed Tripura from drugs addiction and the state is moving towards self-reliant. He added that the BJP government has provided electricity to every poor in Tripura.

He also said that the government has completed dozens of road and railway schemes in Tripura.
