Actor Rajinikanth meeting Rajini Makkal Mandram district secretaries today at the Raghavendra Mandapam.
The meeting was scheduled for 10am this morning.
Rajini is meeting 38 district secretaries and this is the third meeting since he launch the Rajini Makkal Mandram.
A meeting with all the district secretaries comes after a year amidst rumors that Rajini will float a political party this April.
