PM Modi, former Thai PM Thaksin Shinawatra discuss India-Thailand cooperation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the former Prime Minister of Thailand, Thaksin Shinawatra, in Bangkok. In a social media post, Mr Modi described his meeting with him as delightful. He added that Mr. Shinawatra has extensive experience in matters relating to governance and policy making. The Prime Minister said that Mr. Shinawatra is also a great friend of India and had a very warm relationship with Atal Ji. Mr. Modi further mentioned that he and Mr. Shinawatra talked at length about India-Thailand cooperation and how it benefits the people of both countries.
