Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnaw will participate in the World Economic Forum 2025 beginning tomorrow at Davos in Switzerland.
During the event, Mr Vaishnaw will highlight the country’s development model. Ahead of his visit, the Minister emphasized the country’s significant strides in ensuring development for all sections of society, particularly those historically left out of progress.
The Minister also stated that there will be a detailed discussion about inclusive growth, investment in social, physical and digital infrastructure and democratizing technology at the five-day event.
Further, the Minister emphasized the global interest in India’s transformative digital journey under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Digital India programme. He said, the world is keen to understand India’s economic policies, digital transformation and the way technology has been democratized to empower citizens across all strata of society
