Kerala HC instructs State Election Commission to implement order banning illegal banners in public places

he Kerala High court instructed the State Election Commission to implement the order banning illegal banners, flags and hoardings placed in public places.

The Chief Electoral Officer shall have the power to implement the order, a single bench judgment noted. The court also directed to provide copies of the judgment to Chief Electoral Officer as well as the Election Commission of India.
