The 23rd National Youth Festival 2020 will begin at Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh today.
Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Kiren Rijiju along with state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the five-day event on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
The National Youth Festival is being organized since 1995 with an objective to provide a platform to the youth of the country and provide them with an opportunity to showcase their talents in various activities.
Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Uttar Pradesh government are jointly organising the festival this year.
