US artist Tom Sachs opened a ‘Swiss Passport Office’ at the Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac in Mayfair, London on Friday, giving local residents the chance to acquire replicas of the Swiss passport ahead of Brexit.
Londoners were filmed standing in long queues, braving the cold in the capital, to get ahold of their very own, blood-red Swiss passport for a mere £17.58 (€20; $23).
Sachs has said that the Swiss passport is the one of the most desirable travel document ever.
The ‘Swiss Passport Office’ is scheduled to work from October 5 to November 10.
